MTE #32: Clinical Utility of Genomic Analysis in the Diagnosis and Management of Liver Disease (Ticketed)

Description

The presenters review emerging data regarding genomic analysis in the evaluation of adults with liver disease. The speakers discuss what categories of liver disease are enriched in genetic liver diseases and the importance of multidisciplinary forums to integrate genetic data with clinical impression. This session focuses on Wilson disease, hemochromatosis, and alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency as well as the utility of genomics-informed hepatology.
