Topics include description of the Adult Transplant Hepatology Match process, a career in pediatric transplant hepatology, research options in hepatology, and career advancement and promotion. There will be a dedicated opportunity for round-table discussions among presenters and participants.

•Target undecided trainees to address workforce shortages.
• Discuss essential knowledge and support needed from junior and senior faculty for trainee success.
•Facilitate access to approachable mentors and faculty.
