The PharmD is an integral part the multidisciplinary team.  In this session you will gain insight from a PharmD on their unique role as a member of the Hepatology and Transplant team in improving patient outcomes.

Objectives

  • Articulate the role of the PharmD as part of the healthcare team
  • Provide examples in which the role of the PharmD led to improved outcomes
