Karen is an author, educator, writer, blogger, and patient advocate. Personal experience includes Advanced Liver Disease, Hepatitis C, liver cancer, liver transplant, sarcopenia, pre and post transplant nutrition, rural health care, and stigma. Her passion is patient empowerment. Serves AASLD, GLI A3, FDA, NVHR, Trio, WHA, WTGF
