Transplant Hepatology Fellowship and Beyond: Small Group Ask-Me-Anything

This session will capitalize in-person on LFN’s goal of expanding nation-wide near peer mentorship. It will involve ten 10-person table small groups led by a junior faculty member or transplant hepatology fellow fielding questions about clinical, academic, and research hepatology, navigating the job search and negotiation process, career development, and work-life balance from trainees who are aspiring hepatologists. Attendees from early career trainees to junior faculties alike will have the opportunity to seek out near-peer mentorship whether in the exploration of training in transplant hepatology or pursuit of aligned career opportunities.
