Biography

Dr. Vivian Ortiz is an Associate Professor and transplant hepatologist at Washington University in St. Louis. She completed her internal medicine residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, her gastroenterology fellowship at the Hospital University of Pennsylvania, and her transplant hepatology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Her research focuses on post-transplant outcomes in patients with liver tumors, particularly cholangiocarcinoma.
