Biography

Scott Springer is a Physician Assistant practicing addiction medicine and hepatology at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, NY. His primary role is at ECMC's Center for Gastroenterology Care, affectionally known as "La Bodega", which utilizes a co-localized model of care to treat patients with co-occurring substance use disorders and liver disease. Current areas of clinical focus include provision of low-threshold OAT, rapid-start HCV treatment, and engaging pregnant patients with HCV infection.
