I am a board-certified transplant hepatologist who received his medical degree from Keck School of Medicine of USC. He then went on to complete his residency in Internal Medicine followed by Gastroenterology fellowship at LAC+USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. I then completed his Transplant Hepatology fellowship at Keck Medical Center of USC. I was the recipient of Fulbright Scholar Award in 2023 and have been teaching and conducting research in Armenia. I have also been serving the AASLD Global Outreach and Engagement Committee since 2022. My research interests include complications of chronic liver disease, liver transplant, and global public health.
