Biography

Pauli Gray has been a Harm Reduction worker and warrior for 25 years. He started this work in 1998 focusing on HIV prevention and then shifted to Overdose Prevention, Syringe Access and Hepatitis C work, all of which are areas he currently focuses in. Pauli does lectures, trainings, Hepatitis C counseling and treatment access, harm reduction and Hepatitis C groups. He is also an overdose prevention/Narcan trainer and does individual counseling as well. Pauli is a member of the UCSF DeLIVER Care Team, where he brings clients for treatment, runs a Peer buddy system Navigator program, and does educational seminars for the local communities. Pauli was officially cured of Hepatitis C in 2015 after 30+ years, and he continues to devote himself to helping drug users, the disadvantaged and their communities.
