Mian Bilal Khalid, MD

Biography

Dr. Bilal Khalid is currently completing a Transplant Hepatology fellowship at Mayo Clinic. He was previously Gastroenterology Fellow at the combined University of Maryland-National Institutes of Health Clinical Scholars Program and completed his residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital. He obtained his M.D. at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he was inducted in the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He completed his B.A. in English Language and Literature and B.S. in Bioengineering from University of Maryland, College Park.

Dr. Khalid is especially interested in medical education, program development, and liver transplantation outcomes.
