Biography

K. Tuesday Werner is a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner, who brings a wealth of expertise to the field of liver transplant and hepatology. With a strong commitment to patient-centered care, Tuesday has spent over two decades of delivering care to patients with liver diseases. She is a certified family and acute care nurse practitioner. She is an associate fellow for the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AF- AASLD) and has earned her Doctor of Nursing degree from Arizona State University. She actively engages in education, research, and had multiple publications.
Her clinical expertise has earned her recognition both among her peers and the patients she serves. Tuesday is also a certified yoga teacher and continues to learn and explore her yoga practice every day. As a steadfast advocate for health and wellness, she continues to make a positive impact on the lives of those under her care.
