Biography

Jose Debes, MD MS PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine and School of Public Health at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, USA. His work focuses on viral hepatitis and liver cancer in global settings. He leads research networks in Africa and Latin America to better understand viral-induced liver cancer and improve risk-stratification for early HCC detection.
