Biography

Dr. Crismale is an Associate Professor of Medicine and transplant hepatologist at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the Mount Sinai Hospital. He is the associate program director for the transplant hepatology fellowship program at Mount Sinai, where he has developed a robust curriculum for the education of transplant hepatology fellows as well as GI fellows from Mount Sinai and its affiliate programs. His clinical and research interests center around the care of patients with portal hypertension and decompensated cirrhosis.
