Biography

Dylan Moore, BSN, RN, is the Director of Viral ElimiNATION (VEN) Centers powered by Arizona Liver Health. His experience in inpatient liver transplantation and intensive care provided the knowledge and awareness necessary to realize that an emphasis on community-based medicine is critical to improving US healthcare outcomes . Dylan is passionate about transforming the healthcare model by bringing services directly into communities in need, ensuring everyone has access to prevention and treatment. He now leads the VEN Centers' mission to eliminate viral hepatitis through innovative, patient-focused approaches that break down barriers and deliver high-quality care to those who need it most.
