Biography
David M. H. Chascsa, MD (he/him/his) is a Transplant Hepatologist, serving as a Consultant in the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology and Transplant Center at Mayo Clinic Arizona. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Program Director of the Transplant Hepatology Fellowship Program. He is committed to promoting equity, inclusion and diversity. As Associate Chair for Equity Inclusion Diversity within the Transplant Center, his role includes education and project implementation, including serving as the physician lead for the Native American Patient Navigator Program. His clinical interest is in MASLD. He is board certified in obesity medicine and is cofounder of Mayo Clinic Arizona's Metabolic Hepatology Clinic.
