Dr. David C. Kunkel is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego, specializing in disorders of gastrointestinal motility and gut-brain interaction. An active contributor to NIH-funded research, he focuses on developing innovative diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for conditions such as gastroparesis and functional dyspepsia, utilizing advanced techniques like high-resolution electrogastrography.
