Biography
Dr. Cecilia Dueñas, Psy.D is bilingual and bicultural licensed clinical psychologist, and she is a Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) patient. She has merged her training and passion for helping others and being a rare disease patient into liver advocacy. She currently sits on the board of The Liver Coalition of San Diego and is a Global Liver Institute Patient Ambassador.
