In this session, acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) SIG members present cases of patients with coagulopathy and ACLF. Experts present the evidence supporting the assessment and management of coagulopathy in patients with advanced chronic liver disease. The session concludes with a question-and-answer period with the experts and attendees.
