Sasha Deutsch-Link

Biography

Sasha Deutsch-Link is a transplant hepatology fellow at The University of North Carolina, where she is a T-32 clinical research fellow and also completed her general gastroenterology fellowship. Her interests are in the intersection between substance use disorders and liver disease, particularly alcohol-associated liver disease. She completed an addiction medicine fellowship at The University of Maryland prior to her gastroenterology fellowship. She plans on pursuing a career in academic transplant hepatology with a clinical and research focus in alcohol-associated liver disease.
