This session will review the differential diagnosis of AKI, including a focus on AKI-HRS, and then review management strategies.  There will be focus on terlipressin given its the publication of the recent NA RCT and its FDA approval, including indications, contraindications, and potential side effects (including the important pulmonary side effects).
