Description

This session, in collaboration with the MASH SIG, will address the growing problem of MASH in adolescents. This issue requires further attention from the hepatology community, as young adults with MASH are currently the fastest growing liver transplant indication.

Objectives

  • Review the current recommendations for management and monitoring of pediatric and young adult MASH patients
  • Deliberate whether the current recommendations for management and monitoring of adult MASH are applicable to pediatric MASH patients
