Description

The AASLD Liver Cancer SIG Shark Tank is a pitch competition during which investigators will pitch early clinical and/or translational research proposals or ideas focused on liver cancer. A panel of liver sharks including SIG leadership, liver cancer experts, AASLD leaders and members of NIH study sections will judge the quality of the ideas and presentations. Candidates will be selected and will have the opportunity to present their research idea in 5 minutes and receive constructive and unique feedback from the liver sharks. In addition, the audience will be able to engage with the candidates and offer their feedback.
