Leslie Stratta
Biography
Leslie Stratta is a Human Resources Executive, Organizational Development Specialist, and Transformative and Lifestyle Coach with a passion for connecting the "What with the Why". Leslie's passion for transformative coaching began while working in the Healthcare industry, but it took an autoimmune liver disease diagnosis (Primary Biliary Cholangitis) for her to being her very personal transformative journey, including focusing on the effects of a positive mindset, good nutrition and regular physical activity as it related to managing her PBC. As she learned about her body’s response to mindfulness, eating well and physical activity, her passion grew into a desire to coach and support others through their transformative journeys. In addition to her corporate job, Leslie coaches clients through various aspects of their lives including personal awareness, relationships, crucial conversations and goal setting. Throughout all of her work, Leslie focuses on building strengths and recognizing limitations through feedback, self-discovery and action plans. She brings her experience in overcoming personal obstacles and transforming her own life to help clients shift from merely existing to living exceptional lives. Leslie’s personal and professional philosophies are the same: investing in people and empowering them to identify and develop their strengths will cultivate a passion for motivation, engagement and satisfaction in career and life. Leslie holds a BBA in Office Administration from Sam Houston State University, a MA in HR Development and Leadership from UT Austin, a certification as Certified Professional Coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation and 1st Degree Reike Practitioner. Leslie is a native Texan and currently lives in Houston where you will find her active in the community, riding bikes, working out, practicing yoga and meditation, and volunteering as a patient advocate with the PBCers, Global Liver Institute, and American Liver Foundation.
