Roles and Responsibilities

All Program Chairs are required to adhere to the following:

  • Perform a Conflict of Interest review of all faculty members’ financial disclosures within the session; resolving any potential conflicts according to ACCME Standards for Commercial Support
  • Meet & greet all presenters at the beginning of the session
  • Ensure that the session begins and ends on time
  • Keep all presenters within their allocated presentation times
  • Ensure the presenters adheres to the best available evidence
  • Facilitate the Panel Discussion (if applicable)
