Foundation Executive Director
AASLD is seeking a professional executive who will work closely with the Association CEO, senior management and Board in the areas of fundraising, public education and Foundation programs. The individual will be responsible for the Foundation’s consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives, including writing grants and overseeing all aspects of the research and educational awards programs. Provides leadership and direction for foundation staff. Necessary qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and minimum five years of senior/executive level nonprofit management experience. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in consistently meeting or exceeding assigned deliverables and timelines. Demonstrated leadership with highly collaborative management style. Strong ability to overcome obstacles to getting the work done and think strategically. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks, excellent written and verbal communications and solid computer skills.
