Executive Administrative Assistant
AASLD is seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational, writing, proofreading, and computer/database skills. Responsibilities include providing administrative support for the Executive Office, assisting with the nominations processes for the governing board and standing committees, and committee information management. The ideal candidate is discrete, able to prioritize among tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, works well in a team environment, is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and is familiar with Association Management System databases. Applicants should have 3 – 5 years experience, preferably in a non-profit association.
